Hello, beautiful people. We at Both Hands Press are Triny Finlay (acclaimed poet, creative writing professor, and scholar) and Therese Trofimencoff (teacher, antiracism & equity educator, and bookbinder).

We are a married couple, and this is our passion project.

Both Hands Press was launched to bring limited edition poetry chapbooks by diverse voices into being. We are avid readers, appreciators of poetry, and we have a particular love for beautiful objects. We take care in selecting manuscripts that say something new, and produce limited run hand-bound copies of these chapbooks.
